Europe: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods or due to external courier delays.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders above €75.
Shipping costs for orders below this amount are calculated at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

At Matche, we take great care in delivering premium-quality products. Due to the nature of our products, the following return policy applies:

Returns Eligibility
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided that the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened matcha products cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Process

Once your request is approved, you will receive further instructions.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will resolve this promptly.
